Glute activation is an important component of glute training when trying to achieve optimal booty growth. Completing activation exercises prior to a lower body strength training can make a world of difference to your glute engagement throughout the session. It’s important to warm up and prepare the largest muscle in your body (glutes AKA booty AKA peach) to engage and fire correctly during your workout.
