It is so inspiring to see you share your excitement for the practice. On gloomy days, you’re my sunshine. It’s been awhile since I’ve hosted a big challenge and I forgot how much I love the feeling of community and connection. Thanks for reminding me 💗 _ Today’s pose is Marichasana A. The physical work centers around hip flexion and forward folding. Let the torso slide toward the extended leg while you draw the bent leg back and settle the femur in to its socket. _ Modifications— 1. Strap—use a strap if you cannot bind your hands  2. Blanket—elevate the hips with a blanket to better facilitate the forward fold  3. Hugging—just hug the bend leg and don’t worry about dropping the shoulder in front the shin _ You can join the challenge and practice with me on @omstarsofficial anytime. We are sending out emails with both the pose of the day and suggested modifications and @wellness_yogini will be doing live classes with more detailed modifications.
