Kettlebell KILLA moves 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 1. ultimate BSS : I love this exercise because it helps you practice stability, muscle control, endurance and balance. Regress this move by performing a stationary lunge and picking it up and dropping it. Use a box or step to elevate the kettlebell or dumbbell if it’s too low. Try 5 pick ups in each hand
2. Side lunge combo row : I love this move because it helps with control, balance and mobility elevating your foot helps you get down a little deeper in your lunge. Try 12 reps each side
3. Ultimate Squat Jack : it is quite ultimate. I love this move because it has a cardio aspect but takes it up a notch by working in some light weights to really blast calories. Regress this move by stepping in with each foot instead of jumping. Try 12-15 reps
4. Side lunge circle : I love this move because it helps with mobility, focus, balance and strength. Regress this exercise by performing a side lunge to 1 side. Standing up and the performing your circle at the top. Try 8-10 each side
