Namasté Kino you are very inspiring to me and I thank you for sharing your experiences and the truth of the yoga practice ♥️🙏 I injured my wrist by over practicing handstands and now can’t do any sun salutation (im doing it actually but very modified) and of course can’t do any hand balance.... do you have any advice for me?!
