Whether you are a beginner in fitness or if you have been training for a while, the weights area can be an intimidating and CONFUSING place to be. To help you out, I’ve put together a few simple supersets, using some BIG and some SMALL pieces of equipment to help you gain more confidence at the gym! A SUPERSET is when you move from one exercise to the next, without taking a break in between. You would then repeat this for a certain number of sets (usually 3). Using big equipment paired with small equipment means less moving around the gym AND less chance your equipment will get swiped when you’re having a rest break 😂. #postpartum

Hi, I never comment but I just had to ask. I see that you use weights for your leg workouts and that your legs seem strong but, My question is why don’t you have any muscle mass on your legs? I know you eat right and you’re lean but you have no muscle definition on your legs. There so skinny. I’m sorry. In no way am I trying to body shame you or anyone. But I just don’t get it. I’m sorry again if I offend with my comment.

I recently had a herniated disc operation and I need an advice what exercises are best for me? The doctors told me I have to strenghten the abdominal and back muscles to hold the spine and disc in place. Any advice would be appreciated ?

Question: on the BBG sweat app, I will have done the workout of both laps twice and it starts all over again. When does the workout end? At 28minutes? So you keep going till it stops its self?
