But if you are extra busy next week, here are some tips to help you figure out HOW to find time to get them done 💪🏻.⠀ ⠀ ✅Wake up a little earlier - If you are not a morning person, this can be HARD. But even getting out of bed 15-30 minutes earlier can be ALL you need to fit your workout in. ⠀ ⠀ ✅Squeeze in a QUICK workout - The BEST part about this, is that there is now a 'Quick Workout' section on the @SWEAT app for both my #BBG and #BBGStronger programs, so you don't even need to think about it. Simply select your choice of 'Full Body' or 'Lower Body' and you're ready to go!!⠀ ⠀ ✅Skip the drive - Why not cut down on time and workout at HOME?! At home workouts are one of the most popular requests I get, so there are HEAPS of these for you to access on my Instagram page 🙌🏼🤗. ⠀ ✅Exercise whilst watching T.V - This is something I do ALLLLLL the time.
