Ladies, NOW is the perfect time to start planning your workouts for the week ahead. Before the week gets on top of you, take some time out this weekend to consider HOW you will fit your workouts in. I try to do this every week!! You might have even seen me plan my workouts in my Instagram story last week (you can still view this in my #SWEATNATION highlight 😃)?! This is a great way to plan the WHAT and WHEN of your workouts. But if you are extra busy next week, here are some tips to help you figure out HOW to find time to get them done 💪🏻.⠀

✅Wake up a little earlier - If you are not a morning person, this can be HARD. But even getting out of bed 15-30 minutes earlier can be ALL you need to fit your workout in. ⠀

✅Squeeze in a QUICK workout - The BEST part about this, is that there is now a 'Quick Workout' section on the @SWEAT app for both my #BBG and #BBGStronger programs, so you don't even need to think about it. Simply select your choice of 'Full Body' or 'Lower Body' and you're ready to go!!⠀

✅Skip the drive - Why not cut down on time and workout at HOME?! At home workouts are one of the most popular requests I get, so there are HEAPS of these for you to access on my Instagram page 🙌🏼🤗.

✅Exercise whilst watching T.V - This is something I do ALLLLLL the time. I will usually have netflix on while I am doing my #LISS sessions.⠀

I have to leave home for work everyday at 5:30 am ,,I am an active person but now I found hard to workout because I get home at 6:00 pm and cook,see the kids and all other things..My concerns now how to shape my body ?? What a quick workout can do the advantages for my body?? I can wake up at 4:00 am and workout but i am confused of the type of exercise that would give me both good body and good health...

There are lots of mums with diastasis recti after pregnancy. Would you consider creating one for them? I know there is a post pregnancy one, but you have to confirm before that you don't have any pelvic issues or ds. I used to love your bbg program, but I can't choose any of the sweat program because my diastasis recti and feeling bad I can't stay with u guys?

I’m now 6 weeks pregnant.. so I had to stop exercising.. i love sweat app. I used this for 1.3 months and I saw some progress in myself.. but I had to stop now cuz I don’t know if any of the exercise will hurt my baby cuz I’m on early stage of pregnancy.. I really wish there there would be pregnancy programs.. so that we can properly take care of us. ❤️❤️❤️

Working out at home is the ultimate game changer for me! It’s so fun going to the gym, but I don’t have to wait for a machine at home, drive there and back etc! Home workouts are my jam!

Estaría bueno que no hagas fotoshop a tu abdomen, si quieres ser creíble como personal fitness tenes el deber de mostrarte como eres y cómo estás luego del parto. Saludos!
