One of the MOST requested healthy habits you (the #BBGCommunity) wanted to hear MORE about was QUICK snacks. There is seriously nothing quicker or easier than cutting up some raw veggies to have with your choice of dip! I love guacamole, baba ganoush or hommus. Change things up by adding a few rice crackers or olives to the plate as a treat 😃. This is also SUCH an easy snack to prep ahead of time and keep in the fridge at work! ⠀

What if you don't have an access to fridge? My job is in shifts and in car. It's especially hard to stay awake in the nightshift finishing hours. I would like to snack then but I know constant snacking is bad. Is there something I could hold in car and snack for those 3-4 hours in the end?

@mari.sepp I don’t have a fridge at work either. So I always bring my thermic bag with ice and put my lunch/snacks inside!

@mari.sepp Buy a small cooler that you can throw ice in and then use for food.
