This could not be MORE true. Progress is PROGRESS 🙌🏼. ⠀
⠀
An amazing message and mindset from @devinrenaelucas using my #BBG program. ⠀

"Progress is still progress even if you can’t see physical changes 🖤 I’ve been doing BBG for over a year & a half now. I have maintained my 30+ pound weight loss since last June. Since that pic on the left was taken I have gotten married, went on 2 Beach trips, started a new job, got accepted into nursing school, & most importantly I have LIVED! Being healthy isn’t the same for everyone but I’m happy to say that I’ve found what works for me 🙏🏼 I don’t always have motivation but I DO always show up. I am and will always be SO proud of myself."⠀

She definitely looks stronger & fitter - even the way she is standing is present and exudes strength.
Changes don’t need to be fat loss only - what is going on on the *inside* is so much more important!! Great post! ??

Yet the pic on the left shows a more soft, feminine body that doesn't look at all unhealthy. The right one is hard, masculine and i cannot see how this is more attractive.. Each to their own i guess.

Someone loses a lot of weight and has obvious progress pics and it's all 'you looked better before'... someone maintains a healthy lifestyle and it's all 'I don't see a difference'. Fs.

I can maintain my weight without working out, the point of working out is seeing progress, that post doesnt encourage anyone to show up to a workout

Even if her body looks the same.. I kinda think she looks stronger... Maybe it's just me... But that's the way I see her.. ?
