The GREAT thing about seafood such as fish, prawns, salmon, tuna and crab is that they contain a WIDE variety of nutrients, so they are ALREADY an awesome pick when it comes to adding a protein source to your meals. Prawns in particular are HIGH in lean protein, low in carbohydrates and are also a great source of vitamin B12 and iron💪🏻. Try serving seafood like prawns grilled or marinated in a salad like this rather than deep fried or battered. I've always found that adding a basic dressing such as lemon juice, is a super simple way to make seafood taste delicious. ⠀

@bluediaspora firstly bears, sharks, and birds eat fish all the time. If you're vegan and you think it's wrong that's fine but that's not my belief or anyone else's. Fish are very healthy humans have been eating them for years.
