sweat @dooshina.o Of course, if you already have a moderate fitness level you can skip the beginner program and begin with 1.0 of BBG. To change, select ‘Manage My Program’ within your Profile of the app and scroll ahead in weeks. Feel free to send us a DM if you need assistance.

wilsonmarama I can’t seem to cancel the app subscription. Just letting others know that I have cancelled the subscription 3 times today and I still don’t know if I have cancelled it. If you are looking to check out this app, I would read the reviews first

sweat Hey @sus_rsw, BBG Beginner is a 4 week program designed to be performed before BBG 1.0, weeks 1-12. BBG 2.0 is the next program after 1.0, containing weeks 13-24. We recommend starting 2.0 only if you’ve completed the first program ?

sus_rsw So how long of a time span is preBBG to round two BBG2? I’m not sure whether to start the original program or this new one coming out....
