⁣Beginning all over again can be intimidating. To begin with, when I thought about starting over with fitness after giving birth to Arna, I was scared. I didn't know how much my body would be able to handle or what it would feel like. I had NO idea what my limitations would be. But then I thought about the future and how EXCITED I was to start rebuilding my strength again, mentally and physically. No matter what your health and fitness goals are, don't FEAR getting started, remember WHY you wanted to start. Why are you EXCITED to make a change?! Keep your goals in sight and the rest won't seem so scary 💪🏻😃. ⠀

hal_rod This the PERFECT post I needed to see today. I'm recovering from a heck of an upper respiratory infection and have missed a couple weeks of training, and I'm scared to look at my training and see everything I've missed and feel so far behind. Seeing this reminded me that if I can train hard enough to become a college athlete in just two years, I can get back to the same level of fitness over the course of a break in the school year. Thank you for being so motivational even when it seems impossible.

I’m not sure any of my posts are going through to my lovely friends feeds or Instagram at all actually. I’ve been forced to pay for coverage which I’m not happy doing as normally I’ve been able to grow organically no problems...are you able to please help and let me know if you are experiencing any problems as per the new algorithm? ???

mcflarebear Yes!!!! I have really related. Coming back to workouts after having a baby was a struggle but this helps! The body works miracles and bouncing back to pre-baby shape is tough but it’s okay to start from the bottom again. Thank you for all your motivation and workouts!!! Inspiring ??❤️
