@mumma_bear22 I was right there with you. I felt like an idiot going into a male dominated gym and not knowing how to use the equipment. I would do a lot of running on the treadmill.
Sweat app changed that though because you can see the moves in the app. The more you go workout the more confident you’ll get about what to do. Know that you absolutely can do it. No one transformed in a day. Do what you’re able to then do a little more the next time. Don’t make your workouts so intense that you don’t go back for weeks. Better to build a habit of going regularly with lighter workouts than give everything in one shot and quit. You’re worth it. You’re strong already just for showing up. Enjoy your workout tomorrow. It’s something you’re doing for you ❤️

@chandra_messer I'm the same. I actually swapped form bbg to pwr as I enjoy weights and so far I've managed 2 weeks ?. I find that if you just don't think, get dressed into your workout wear and play some music, you kind of get into the right headset and just power through. You can do it! ?
