There have been a few AMAZING sunny mornings this week in Adelaide, South Australia (still COLD but sunny 😁☀), so I took the opportunity to get outside and mix things up today with some KETTLEBELL EXERCISES. Using a kettlebell is a great way to make your workouts more challenging, especially if you don't have access to heavy weights or access to a gym! These exercises I have included are PERFECT for the ladies wanting to add more variety or complexity to their workouts. #POSTPARTUM ⠀⠀

There is something I always wonder when I see your videos...are they made faster in any way? I ask because I'm used to the idea that doing an exercise at an even-pace (the press out vs in, of the squat&press for example) is the right way to do them. Or is one type for muscle building and a faster paced one that you do is for toning? I often see yours at a faster pace going one direction vs the other. I don't doubt that you're absolutely perfect, but I'm confused! Does my question make sense...?

@alton_rebbecca2015 Your knees are traveling too far forward over your toes. Think of it as sitting down in a chair. And keep your chest up, don’t look down. And yes, you need to work up the muscle strength. Not a pro, just been doing squats for 4 years and this is the guidance I get when I get lazy w form.

I wouldn't try anything until getting the ok at 12wks! You cant drive for 2mths so you wouldn't be able to do workouts, I know I couldn't / wouldn't anyway!

I would not use kettlebell after SC..by us is not raccomendet to lift more than 5 kg 6 months after SC... it is too soon for workout like this?.
