When it comes to health and fitness, you get out what you put IN!! #Consistency is so important when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals. This doesn't mean working out everyday, it means planning out what's achievable for you and sticking to it. Sit down and plan out your week ahead, schedule your workouts AND your rest day in (do not forget this). I like to book in one more workout than I need, incase something comes up last minute so I can cancel one and still have another session already in my calendar!⠀

I’ve been repeating the original 12 week program of bbg for almost 3 years straight (August). It is just too easy to flip back and start again because of consistency. And you know what? I’m in the best shape of my adult life! Even after having 4 kids!
