She says “With help of the #bbg program I got myself back! It has taken time, dedication, sweat and real tears to come this far and it has literally been a rollercoaster! Never expect something to be easy and to be a change over night because it ain’t! I’m not as near my goals which is to be stronger and fitter then ever before. This journey has learned me so much. I’ve gained muscles I’ve lost muscles and so on. But now I finally can say that I’m here to stay! With earlier goals such as loosing weight I was only looking to achieve that but amazingly along the way that changed and changed into wanting to do pull-ups, finish all the burpees, get those 90 kg in deadlifts and so on and you know what! I’ve done it!! Now it’s new goals ! Looking forward to see what the next chapter will be 💪 keep fighting for it and you’ll get it!"⠀
