If you’ve been ill, injured or lacking in motivation, here are a few of my top tips for bouncing back into your fitness routine:⠀ ⠀ ✅ Don’t be so hard on yourself - Let go of the guilt! Focus on your excitement to get started.⠀ ⠀ ✅ Take It Slow - Make sure you start out slow. Listen to your body and take it one day at a time.⠀ ⠀ ✅ Prepare - Plan it out. Take some time to write down how many days a week you want to exercise and schedule the time into your calendar in advance.⠀ ⠀ ✅ Start Fresh - One of my BIGGEST tips when it comes to fitness is finding something that you actually enjoy. There are so many ways to workout, find one that makes you happy!⠀ ⠀ ✅ Find Your Motivation - Get motivated!
