While recovering post-birth, as you might know (and would expect!!), I took some down time. I did a lot of thinking about my goals as a mother but also my personal goals. During pregnancy, for my health and to ensure the health of my baby girl, I reduced the intensity of my workouts. If you followed me throughout my pregnancy you would know that I was completing modified #BBG workouts when I felt fit and able (there were MANY days when I didn't). Even though I continued to stay as active as possible throughout my pregnancy, (until my healthcare professionals recommended rest to prepare for birth) I feel like I have lost a reasonable amount of muscle mass. This is just ONE of the changes that happened to my body during pregnancy and something I'm sure a lot of #BBGMums out there can relate to. One of MY personal goals is to feel like I have REGAINED my lean muscle mass and REBUILD my strength, because when I am fit and strong physically, I FEEL stronger and more confident - and that's the true goal 🙌🏼. I want to be the best possible version of myself and to be the BEST possible role model for Arna. Ladies, however you FEEL and whatever your GOALS are...let's achieve them TOGETHER!!! ⠀

Hi @kayla_itsines, I’ve been using Sweat for couple of months but haven’t got a chance to consistently workout because of my work. Now I’m trying to do the quick workouts but they’re the same all the time. I hope you also have different quick workouts plan per week just like the BBG and PWR for people like me who used physical strength for work. But I’m excited for the Sweat Nation. Hopefully I’d be able to do it. #SWEAT

@kayla_itsines I'm 4 weeks pp and look forward to starting the BBG program and regular walking after its been approved by my doctor at 6 weeks. I completed the BBG program last year pre pregnancy and saw amazing results. I'm not the biggest fitness enthusiast but want to make sure I use my maternity leave wisely for myself and my children and your program is easy and stress free so I can do it at home ?

I gave birth to a baby girl almost five months ago and I’m back to “normal”. I had to wait two months to get back to workouts because I had a c-section and my abs needed some rest. When I was finally able to returned to the gym I remember feeling that my abs were extremely weak but they got strong real quick. I feel like I’ve built more muscle postpartum than ever before. I feel stronger now ?????

Imagine women who did not exercise before pregnancy ... now I am a slime, I did not have the great body but now I have a lot of flabbiness and some stretch marks, although I almost return to my weight before pregnancy, the flaccid skin gives me more volume and I look fatter than I really am, I gained 23 kilos of my twin pregnancy

@kayla_itsines did you use any waist trainer supports when recovering post birth? I’m looking into them. But would love if someone real actually used them? Or has it just been exercise and good food? Looking at all the options out there!confusing!!

I would love to have a goal like this. Eventually. I had my 5th section a couple of weeks after you. It was... complicated. I won’t be cleared for probably 9 more weeks. Maybe more. I’d love some ideas on what to do then. @kayla_itsines
