Some of my favourite ways to stay healthy on holidays include:⠀ ⠀ ✅Walk everywhere you go - I know I say this all the time but it is honestly the BEST way to stay active and see the sights when on holiday. ⠀ ⠀ ✅Stay hydrated - When you are busy having a good time, it can be easy to forget to stay hydrated. Try to avoid this by carrying a drink bottle with you at all times! ⠀ ⠀ ✅Balance - One of the amazing things about going on holiday is EATING (this is one of my favourite things about travelling to Greece). BUT often this means bigger portion sizes and less control over what goes into your meal. To combat this, try sharing meals with a friend or family member and make sure there's PLENTY of fresh fruit and/or veggies on your plate.⠀ ⠀ Develop lifelong healthy habits like these for #SWEATNATION.
