One of the BIGGEST requests I get is for lower body workouts which are EASY on the knees. If you want to build strength in your legs and glutes, here are some great low impact, KNEE FRIENDLY exercises you can complete!⠀

Glute Bridge x12 reps ⠀
Romanian Deadlift x10 reps⠀
Hip Abduction x15 reps ⠀
Clam x20 reps (10 each side)⠀
Squat Hold x20 secs⠀
