⁣Every day is a rest day for Ace 😂. But seriously, with #SWEATNATION approaching I just want to reiterate that '30 days of #BBG' includes one REST DAY, every week. Allowing your body to rest and recover is just as important as working out. If you don't rest, your body won't have the energy to burn, to allow you to perform at your best. If you are someone who likes to stay active on their rest day (UNLIKE Ace haha) a gentle walk outside or yoga are some great ways to do this WITHOUT overexerting yourself 😃. ⠀
