Literally starting all over again with #BBG. This week I’m doing BBG WEEK 1 - Legs. As I am still working to rebuild my strength #postpartum, these are MODIFIED versions of the exercises. This modification is great for anyone looking to work their LOWER body with a LOWER intensity 😃. All you need is a mat, a bench and a pair of dumbbells!⠀

Hi kayla! I’ve been doing the program for about 2 weeks now. I usually stop after circuit two because it’s too much, depending on which resistance exercise I’m doing. I feel like it should be easier by now. Is it just a time thing? Btw I love the app and all the trainers on there!!

Thank you so much for sharing postpartum exercise videos... i bought your BBG program long time a go and after 9m after birth of my baby girl it was hard to find smthg less intense but as effective to motivate me... watching your videos and recovery is so inspirational ❤️?

Hey, in you're app they have one circuit for 4 minutes. If I'm faster with my two exercises in one circuit then am I'm supposed to go one more time though the circuit? If yes how many times should I do one circuit in 4 minutes normally? :)

I love that you are starting slow and modified after having a baby. I always tried to jump right back into everything too soon after having my babies and it was always a backfire. Wish you were around when I was having kids!?

Just restarted bbg week 1 this week after being “off” since April. Trying to get back in the swing of the things but finding the work outs super hard again! Thanks for these modifications!!
