⁣Literally starting all over again with #BBG. This week I’m doing BBG WEEK 1 - Legs. As I am still working to rebuild my strength #postpartum, these are MODIFIED versions of the exercises. This modification is great for anyone looking to work their LOWER body with a LOWER intensity 😃. All you need is a mat, a bench and a pair of dumbbells!⠀

Circuit 1⠀

✅In & Out Jump Squat - 15 reps⠀
✅Squat - 15 reps⠀
✅Walking Lunge - 24 reps⠀
✅Knee-Up – 24 reps⠀

Circuit 2⠀

✅X Squat – 16 reps⠀
✅Incline Burpee – 10 reps⠀
✅Step-Up – 24 reps⠀
✅Squat & Press – 15 reps⠀
