I LOVE the idea of these Asian inspired lettuce wraps for a quick healthy dinner! These wraps are a perfect, super versatile dish for any ladies looking to include less carbohydrates in their diet and are GREAT for sharing. val_and_mom @kayla_itsines I’m about 3 months postpartum and what I am having trouble with is finding meals that are conducive for breastfeeding AND losing baby weight. I have found that I need to eat more calories, but obviously that’s not helpful with my work out goals, I’m also SUPER picky. It’s always been my struggle since my taste buds don’t allow me to eat any condiments or many sauces, even though I’ve tried. Any suggestions? Ty.
