Air Squats - my favorite tip for any type of squat is to think about a rope being attached to your chest pulling you up. It’s important to lead up with your chest 🆚 leading up with your hips. When you lead with your hips, your chest will drop forward and that can cause you to shift into your toes. One thing that is misunderstood with squats is that you should go “ass to grass” which is very dangerous and not realistic for some. It’s important to go low into a squat while keeping your glutes engaged and your hip placement in a safe zone. .
