SMITH MACHINE ONLY??

I’m the kinda girl that doesn’t like crowded gyms? If it does get too busy, I prefer sticking to one or two areas and getting creative with my training??

This is a Smith Machine ONLY workout that I did after my hip thrusts (on my IG story)
