I guarantee this workout will give the same effect as putting your glutes in the oven for 30 minutes at 350° F ?????

Here’s what I did??

?Compound movements:
?barbell squats - note that I don’t perform squats with the intention of growing my glutes primarily. Squats are an axial hip extension exercise that mainly activates my quads, second would be gluteal muscles + hamstrings. But(t) I continue performing them to include a variety of extension movements. variety of hip extension movements = really helped in my glute development goals.

?banded hip thrusts - forever a best friend. hip thrusts are an anteroposterior hip extension exercise that extend the hips forward and places the most tension on the glutes when in their contracted position.

?hyperextensions w/ ankle weight
⠀
?kneeling hip thrust w/ resistance band (a little spin on the hip thrust that I used as a finished - i’ve done these standing but feel these work better when kneeling)
