?Banded RDL - i’ve been LOVING using bands for deadlift variations. It’s another way of adding resistance against your body while also adding variety to your training sessions. Notice how I draw my glutes back to imitate the motion and squeeze my glutes at the top of the motion (i feel this exercise work my glutes way better when I lock out). ⠀
?Standing Single Banded Abductors - The cable machine wasn’t available for single abductors, so I wrapped a resistance band on a weighted bar. I keep my stationary foot’s heel pressed into the ground to recruit greater activation. ⠀
?Single Glute Kickbacks - I’m sure you’ve seen this one a million times, but for good reason! This move elicits a solid pump. I’m bending my knee here to decrease hamstring contribution, focusing solely on glutes. ⠀
