HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY❤️??

I’m celebrating by taking care of my heart through some boob training??, after which I will take care of my brain??‍♀️ (chocolate chocolate CHOCOLATE?!!!)
And then I’ll be sane enough to sit still at dinner tonight with @ryanhooseman ☺️?

Come to think of it, today sounds like every other day?

??Here’s some staples of my arm workout:

✨Single DB Lateral Raises: an all time favourite of mine. I go slightly above shoulder height while keeping a consistent slight bend at the elbow (this helps isolate my middle delt)

✨Single Tricep Pulldown: another fave. I love isolated exercises to work on my symmetry. I’m keeping the weight moderate, keeping my upper arm stationary

✨Push Ups: these are great finisher for your workout. I like setting a rep goal for myself, and i’ll try to get them done as fast as possible HOWEVER I don’t let speed compromise form. Moderate tempo + effective form  is always better than very high tempo + poor form??.
