I can't stress this enough! How you FEEL is a reflection of how you look (so many people assume vice versa) and get dragged into restrictive diets suffering through the process because they think they will be 'happy' when they reach their goal weight. This is why fad diets DONT WORK! Love the person you're becoming and enjoy the PROCESS! Confidence is a decision. You'll never feel like you've earned it. It comes when you decide to have it.
