To all the moms out there...HAPPY MOTHERS DAY and DON'T FORGET TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES!
Monkey see, monkey do...both good and bad alike! After the baby is born, it's so easy to forget the close association with how you take care of yourself and how you take care of your child's health. It is NOT selfish to take time to exercise or get a good nights rest. Be aware that your children are WATCHING YOU (as creepy as that sounds haha) and they want to BE LIKE YOU! If you don't eat your veggies how can you expect them to? If you don't stay active how can you tell them it's important for their health? Lead by example...maybe this photo isn't the best depiction of that but you get the point ??. Take the reigns on your life for yourself AND your kiddos! Today is your day but no other day is any different ??
