A little reminder that calories don't count happiness, memories, character or self-worth. Losing weight doesn't make you happy. Happiness allows you to lose weight. I'm living proof of that. I've tried every diet in the book. I've been miserable, depressed, hungry, desperate, ashamed and angry that I kept spiraling back to old habits. I had the power within me to change my mindset and so do YOU. We all do, sometimes we just need a wake up call and some guidance to get there.
