Day 17 #basicyogamix is Grasshopper Pose. I love the community around our yoga challenges on @Instagram You have helped me grow, expand my view and try new fun things.... Like this pose. It's so much fun that I'm sorry it's not in the Ashtanga series. I am dedicated Ashtangi and have been for over 15 years. Ashtanga is my Sadhana, my daily spiritual practice. It's where I find my center every day, where my mind becomes still enough to hear the voice of my inner being. What matters isn't what style of yoga do or how good your asana is, what matters is that you get on your mat every day and stay true to the intention live a more peaceful life.
