Here is a simple raw vegan dip recipe by @thegreatuncooking that is great served with crudites. This is a handy stand by snack that stores well in the freezer. Just pop it in small Tupperware containers and use at needed. I particularly find this useful when I know I'm going to be out all day but want to take something healthy with me to be prepared. Take a carrot and by lunch time the dip has defrosted. Of course eating it freshly prepared is always best.
Moroccan sunflower seed Hummus

Ingredients

250g (this will be more than 1 cup) Sunflower seeds (preferably soaked for 2 hours)

1/4 cup Water

¼ cup Olive oil

1 tsp pink Himalayan Salt

1 tsp Moroccan spice mix

Zest of one lemon

I lemon juiced

2 - 3 cloves garlic crushed

1 tsp honey

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Option to have it a little chunky. Serve in a bowl and drizzle on more extra virgin olive oil and serve with vegetables and dehydrated raw crackers.
