Yoga is a daily personal practice that leads to the discovery of the inner self. While we may take classes and be guided by others the yoga path is essentially a solitary journey to the center of yourself. Put in the work every day and you will delve deeply into the sacred terrain of your consciousness. When you practice alone it's hard to stay focused and inspired.
