These are all dairy free, gluten free and have no added sugar making them perfect for my vegan diet and gluten intolerance as well as others. I keep my immune system in check daily with their advanced D3 + K2 spray formula and support my vegan diet with B12 vitamin formula spray to avoid nutritional deficiencies which many suffer from but do not know. After my healthy oats breakfast I have a scoop of pre-workout (energise cherry flavour) 20mins before beginning cardio and weight training which provides 80mg of caffeine for an energy kick as I do not drink coffee. Post-workout I drink a protein and bcaa shake (salted caramel repair) to provide my body with 25.5g of delicious plant based protein which fuels my body to function smoothly whilst also helping to repair and build muscle mass. I make sure that I am active everyday, even on my rest days I still walk and do housework. I work my body (workout), mind (studying/learning) and soul (doing things that I love and enjoy) everyday - yoga, meditation, walking, reading, cooking, music, art, speaking to family, friends and time with my pets. When I sleep at night I put my phone on silent, no vibration, face down in cool darkness with an open window for fresh air. I remove all negativity and stress from life by dealing with any problems I face head on as soon as they happen. This leaves me free to be myself, uplifted, physically, emotionally and mentally at peace and ease and brimming with love, energy and positivity as I celebrate body confidence and self worth and progress towards my goals and aspirations on a daily basis.
