The higher we are placed the more humble we should speak; be thankful for the shoes that you walk in because I can guarantee thousands of people would give absolutely anything to have what you have and take for granted. No matter what you are going through there is always somebody facing far worse, so many live in poverty, pain, fear and danger on a daily basis whilst we sleep blissfully unaware in our warm beds with choice, luxury, material possessions and freedom a plenty. Life has a way of teaching us the lessons that we truly need to learn with obstacles that fall into our path when we least expect it - please recognise that each time we take a step back we learn to steady our stance, firm our foundation and come back stronger than before which is why we should never fear change and strife.
