Actions will ALWAYS speak louder than words; often people apologise over and over for doing the wrong thing yet fail to change, so their words become meaningless. I believe “sorry” and “love” are the most meaningless words in the world for how they are so manipulated and empty to those whose actions do jot meet their words. I always think that you should never have to say sorry because you shouldn’t do something BAD to hurt or deceive others in the first place. The frequency of your apologies therefore shows the areas of your life that you are yet to correct and make better. See the problem and fix it! If you’re always apologising for being late then make it your priority to give yourself an extra 10mins preparation and arrive early instead. If you apologise for bumping into people or always being in the way then hold your head high, walk with confidence and own your personal space. If you have to constantly apologise for letting people down, ask yourself if they are the right people for you and if you are capable of living by their expectations or need something more or less to feel at ease. If you apologise for always treating a loved one badly ask yourself if you truly love and deserve them or if the could be treated far better by somebody or anybody who isn’t you. If you struggle to lose weight take ownership of your diet and activities instead, make results instead of excuses. Life is to be LIVED to the full, not patched up, settling for second best or dealing with the same struggles day in and day out that do NOT have to be there. Why force something to work when what is meant for you is so effortlessly wonderful? Remove EVERYTHING and EVERYONE from your life that fails to meet your expectations, bring you good energy or put a smile on your face.
