Who you are is not a sum total of what you’ve done. You are not your achievements, accomplishments, actions, successes or failures. Yes, each of those experiences has taught you something but you are not that. So, what then are you?

The search for the true self is the quest of yoga. To step onto this path is to ask the question of self-realization itself. To know yourself is liberation.

You, like me, and like all beings, contain the universe within. You, like me, and like all beings, have the spark of the true light within you. Who you are cannot be defined by words or concepts. You, like me, and like all beings, are the love of the world.

Be ok with yourself and you’re basically ok with everyone. Love who you are and you’ll find that you fall in love with the whole world.
