1. Single arm v sit press: 12 reps each side - breathe! Keep that chest up!
2. Sprinter press: 15 reps each side - opposite arm and leg go together!
3. Russian twist forward press : 12 reps each side - control that twist! You don’t need heavy weight for this one!
4. J curl alt knee tuck : 10 reps each side - keep those knees in and core engages for the rotation! Your back should be on the floor!
