Do you like to workout inside or outside?

Here are some modifications if you need some beginner tips!

1️⃣. Instead of bringing your knee out as you lower into your push up - drop to your knees. OR elevate your hands and bring your knee to the outside of your elbow.

2️⃣. This one can get confusing 🤪 basically on the 3rd climber alternating between a reach and a kick through. For a beginner take out the kick through and perform a reach each time!

3️⃣. Start with elevating your hands on this one!

4️⃣. I love 😍 this one! It feels good on your hamstrings too! If you don’t have the flexibility try elevating your hands!
