BEGINNER BOOTY 🍑

I’ve received a few requests for beginner workouts so I wanted to share this beginner booty/Glute focused workout with you! This workout is suitable for all fitness levels but because it’s not overly demanding or complicated it’s perfect for beginners. Make sure to keep your core engaged and keep the movement slow and controlled. This workout doesn’t require any equipment but if you’d like to make it more challenging feel free to add a booty band! 15 x Straight Leg Raises (each leg)
15 x Squats
10 x Stationary Lunges (each leg)
12 x Lying Side Leg Raises (each leg)
