LEAN LEGS!
Gooood morning, hope everyone’s having a wonderful weekend 🤗 We’re kicking off today with a lean legs workout (or saving for next week if you want to chill 😜). This glorious outfit is by @bonitaswimactive 😍 I’m using 5kg dumbbells for this workout but if you don’t have access to this equipment then you can do this bodyweight only or use water bottles or other weighted items, get creative!
