GLUTES 🍑

New week, new booty workout, who dis? 😜 Back at it again with another glute focused workout. It’s not secret I love training the peach and I’m also rather fond of a quick Ab burner so I decided to combine the best of both worlds. Glute workout with an Ab finisher, WE’RE ONNN 🔥 I’m using a 5kg dumbbell for this workout, feel free to use whichever weight is most suitable to you. If you don’t have a dumbbell then you can do this without a weight or use a filled water bottle or other form of resistance, get creative!

This workout is a banger if I do say so myself so make sure to TAG YOUR BESTIE and let’s make some gains 🍑

20 x Alternating Lunges
12 x Side Lunge w/ Deadlift Combo

AB FINISHER

20 x Single Leg Drop
20 x Flutters
