It's not that I mind, but I've only ever seen this perfectly toned, round bellies online and in print before. Does / did anyone else find that a weird realisation? I've been doing two things for the last two months that have made me feel SO much stronger mentally and physically. 1. Having weekly sessions with a happiness coach so I'm less stressed and feel mentally stronger. And 2. Working with a personal trainer so I'm physically stronger and more prepared for the arrival of little man. My back already feels so much better! I got this little gym I keep under a waterproof car cover outside. It's from @escapefitness, and they very kindly sent it to me, but I wanted to share in case anyone is looking at home options.
