Ashley Jamesさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Ashley JamesInstagram)「I've been pretty chilled throughout my pregnancy, but one thing that has bothered me and caused me to worry is people commenting on the size of my bump. 🤰🏼 My bump looks completely different depending on the time of day, or the position my body is in, and people have commented on how small my bump is pretty much from the moment I announced I was pregnant. I started comparing my bump to others and worrying my baby wasn't growing properly, so much so I asked my midwife to check everything was ok. That's when I was told about the @peanut app - a safe space to meet other mums and mums-to-be. I quickly learned that bump shaming is a very common thing and many other women have experienced it too. Being able to chat to other women in my area who are at a similar stage in their journey has been so valuable and reassuring, especially in the current climate when I haven't been able to go out and meet other mums at classes. @Peanut has been a great support system for me and I definitely recommend it to any other women out there. 🤰🏼💙 #peanutapp #AD」8月24日 20時57分
