So many women ask me for advice on snacking. I want to say that there is no problem with having snacks during the day. Sometimes snacks are necessary to keep you full, and they can really help to keep your energy levels up. However, if you are just mindlessly snacking or snacking because you're bored, that's not ideal. When you feel like a snack, try to think about whether you're actually hungry or not. If you ARE hungry, then try and make sure you are prepared with healthy snacks.⁣

I love having fresh fruit and veggies prepared (peeled and chopped) in the fridge, with a healthy dip like hummus, so that when I'm in need of a quick treat I have something that I can just grab that will fuel my body properly. 🙌 ⁣
