#BBGZeroEquipment week 1 BOOTCAMP workout: DONE! ✅ That was an AMAZING way to spend my Sunday! 💪 Usually, Sundays are my rest day but I'm so excited about this program I couldn't stop myself from fitting a workout in. 😜⁣
I thought it would be fun to do a bootcamp workout from my new #BBGZeroEquipment program and get the #BBGcommunity from all over the world to join me. Because even though we can't do bootcamps together in person right now, I LOVE how we can still stay connected through my program and social media!⁣

It's been incredible to see all of the amazing places you're from, and where you're doing your workout. That's one of my favourite things about this program, because you don't need any equipment or much space to do the workouts, you can literally do them ANYTIME, ANYWHERE!⁣
