She is teething at the moment and was really unsettled so I didn’t want to leave her. BUT that didn’t mean I couldn’t do a workout from home.⁣ ⁣ While she was having her nap, I answered emails, unstacked the dishwasher, cleaned the kitchen, did a load of washing AND did a 13-minute express workout from #BBGZeroEquipment while she was having her nap. 💪⁣ ⁣ I got my heart rate up and really pushed myself without using ANY equipment! These busy days when everything seem to go wrong are the hardest days to get to the gym or to get your workout in… BUT they are also the days when you need your workout the most! I’m so glad I did it, because it boosted my mood and gave me more energy for the rest of the day. ⁣ ⁣ I KNOW what it’s like for busy women.
