Who is ready for a buddy workout?!

1. You and your buddy hold a lunge and both perform a row with a resistance band. Don’t forget to switch legs!

2. Your buddy holds a v sit and you perform push ups. At the top of your push ups tap your buddy’s feet so they have to resist their feet from hitting the ground. Make sure you switch and drop to your knees if needed.

3. You and your buddy hold your hands in front of you. Your buddy stays in a squat hold while you perform a squat twist on both sides! Then switch and let your buddy do their squat twists.

4. Securely attach your bands to your feet. Both you and your buddy pull your knees into your chest. Place your hands on the ground if you need to.
