You guys ask for a body weight workout! Here it is! 3 ROUNDS

You don’t need ANYTHING for this workout and if you’re a beginner here are so ideas for modifications:

1. Instead of hopping into positions take out the impact and step into the position.

2. Drop to your knees for the push up or elevate your hands. Instead of kicking through person a single leg knee tuck instead.

3. Perform the blast off and then step up into a burpee.

4. Again, take that impact out by stepping into position. If your knees hurt from lunges it’s most likely due to incorrect form. Comment below if you want to see a lunge tutorial!
