Pro Tips and modification:

1. Keep your chest up! Make sure you control your pivots and twists to each side too! Your core should be tight! Modify this exercise by using no weights or taking out the squat.

2. Make sure the chops are controlled. You should NOT just be throwing the weight to your sides. Your core should control movement. Modify by taking out the overhead circle. Perform your chops on one side. Then the other.

3. Use your core to slowing lower yourself to ground. Keep your chest level and lead up like a chain is pulling you up through your chest. Modify by practicing a single arm hold boat hold.

4. Sit with your chest up. Control your twists and keep the weight close to your body. Modify by resting one leg on the ground.
